The proverbial ball was dropped by a number of people associated with the service dept. I was told to bring my car in first thing this morning 6.12.12(I was there @ 730'ish am). Finally grabbed a shuttle associated with the service dept. I was told to bring my car in first thing this morning 6.12.12(I was there @ 730'ish am). Finally grabbed a shuttle home around 1130'ish. I was told the shuttle would come back to get me when my car was ready.....which it was around 4-430. However, the shuttle drivers go home at 530pm and I'm stuck at home without any wheels a VERY dissatisfied customer. I will not be referring people I know to use this service dept. Bush League at best. More

You can get a great price, but if there is poor service afterward, you will truly regret the purchase. We have always been satisfied with any of the Reps that have helped us with service.
