For this purchase of the Traverse I knew what I wanted, they did not have the specific color with seating configuration I wanted on the lot and were prompt in getting the car I wanted. There is a saying that you can sheer a sheep forever, but can only gut him once. My opinion is that Vandergriff does not expect return customers because you leave there having been gutted on the price and ad can only gut him once.
