Rod Tiller was my salesman. He was courteous and very professional. He made sure that I was satisfied with my decision on the vehicle that I choose. He ask all questions that was ask. He went over all the vehicle and always made sure that I understood was he said. He never rush me; he took his time. Even though I was there way past his time to get off, he never once rush me to make a decision. "IT WAS ALL ABOUT ME". I like that, because I felt important to him. Reginal Carter did an excellent job on the paperwork and explained to me the benefits and went over all details. Even though this was business we have a great conversations and laugh. I felt very comfortable. Overral - both guys were excellent and I would highly recommend Vandergriff to my friends and Rod Tiller. More

The overall experience was OK. The price of the vehecle certainly could have been better. There is a saying that you can sheer a sheep forever, but can only gut him once. My opinion is that Vandergriff does not expect return customers because you leave there having been gutted on the price and ad can only gut him once. In hindsight I should have walked out before signing for the vehicle. They will NOT get any more of my money. Being new to the DFW Metroplex and desperate for a vehicle, I was taken by the Vandergriff sales & finance staff. More
