After days of car shopping, I found myself here! I'd been shopping for days and stopped in to look at the Chevy Sonic's for my daughter. I met Mark and he helped me choose just the right certified u I'd been shopping for days and stopped in to look at the Chevy Sonic's for my daughter. I met Mark and he helped me choose just the right certified used Chevy with fairly low miles for her. The only thing I wish we could have done a little differently is allow me better use of my "waiting time" in between choice of vehicle and final paperwork. I won't get those two hours back but at least my daughter has a reliable car. Thanks! More
Service Department Do NOT buy a preowned Certified car here. I bought a 2015 Malibu in October and the timing jumped on December 30th. They said they saw "signs of water damage" and I needed to get my insurance company involved. The insurance company come in and ran all these test. The air filter was brand new so no water entered it. There was no water in the oil, and they paid for a third party forensic expert to come out who also said there was no water damage. Vandergriff refuses to pay under warranty even when they know there was no water damage. and said that I had to bring in the service loaner the same day or be charged after my car has been in the shop for 3 months. The service guy, Brandon Allen has been very unprofessional calling the insurance people dumb, and saying the forensic experts were as stupid as his car runners. They still have not fixed my car so I am getting a lawyer to sue. I repeat, DO NOT BUY OR FIX YOUR CAR HERE. Very unprofessional and typical car salesman attitudes. More

No communication!!! I brought my daughter's car in to the service department on a Thursday afternoon. It is a pre-owned Ford so they were going to look at it and see if I brought my daughter's car in to the service department on a Thursday afternoon. It is a pre-owned Ford so they were going to look at it and see if it was something they could fix, if not, they would have to take it over to Ford. It is 24 hours later and I have not heard anything about the status of this vehicle. So when I call, I find out that Jason Holland is not in today and he had to follow up on it. I leave a message for his back up to call me and over an hour later he calls and tells me it's not something they can fix and they have to take it over to Ford, he then tells me it will be Monday before we'll know something??? REALLY?? I have purchase 4 vehicles from Vandergriff and their service department has got to be the worst ever. I will never purchase another vehicle from Vandergriff solely because of their service department! More

Worst experience ever! Deceptive sales force!!! Do not waste your time with this dealership. I called to discuss buying a vehicle and then closed on the price and conditions. As they were preparing the purchase order and I was about to leave to head to the dealership, they went back on their word and told me I could only buy the vehicle at a higher price than what was given before. The sales manager Kelly Cook reviewed the recorded conversations, agreed that they made a mistake on their side, but decided not to sell me the car at the price I was told. Earning my business and the small amount of money that made up the difference was not worth it to him or the dealership. The business they are running is not fair and is shady. Do not waste your time with these crooks and don't believe anything they tell you. Horrible customer service. More
