Wonderful car buying experience I have purchased many cars and have dealt with salesmen who are extremely pushy, they also have you sitting at the dealership half the day. My experience with Vandergriff Chevrolet was just the opposite! I was greeted by a very kind and knowledgeable sales consultant by the name of Roy "Rogers" Simpson. This was my first time purchasing a brand new vehicle and I was a bit nervous. Roy was very patient with me and had an answer to all of my questions. He remained patient, as I changed my mind about the first car that I "thought" I wanted. I was very pleased with the whole experience and I was in and out in no time. Smiling as I drove my new Chey Cruz all the way home! More

Another Bad Vandergriff experience We bought a GMC Acadia with the purchased service plan through GM. We had issues with Vandergriff Toyota in the past and we're leary of the Chevy side We bought a GMC Acadia with the purchased service plan through GM. We had issues with Vandergriff Toyota in the past and we're leary of the Chevy side. We bought it in Dallas but it was ready for an oil change and other services, so we called ahead to the service dept to make sure there were no issues. My wife spoke Jeffrey at the service dept and explained what we had and needed. He assured us no problem and if brought it in before noon he'd have it out for us by 5. My wife asked if we could ask for him and he responded with no as it is very busy there today. I should've seen that warning sign. We take 2 cars from our home to drop off the car and did so with Skylar. Had the same conversation with her even left the prepaid service book on the car, they said they would get it done but did not know a Jeffrey at this location. We left and about 40 mins later they called back saying they couldn't honor the service agreement that was through GM because they only service Chevy. She was giggling during this phone call, I might add. We asked to speak to service manager, was on hold for another 5 minutes before the immature and unprofessional Skylar came back on the phone saying again they don't service GMC only Chevy. Manager was too busy or didn't care to take 2 minutes out to explain or try to figure out a solution. Like I said before warning signs were there and I should've known better but just confirmed my lack of respect for this place More
