My every question was answered quickly and explained thoroughly. Negotiations went very smoothly without any undue pressure or bait and switch tactics that are common at some other dealerships. I talked with or visited six other Chevy or GM dealers about buying an Acadia or a Traverse before coming to Vandergriff where I found the best offer. No heat I brought my car to your service center in February 2016 for service on my heater/air condition. The service cost's approximately $100 and it only la I brought my car to your service center in February 2016 for service on my heater/air condition. The service cost's approximately $100 and it only lasted about 6 months. I had to return my vehicle to your service center hoping there was a warranty on the service. Instead I was told an actuator had to be replaced and I was charged $300 for the repair. I will prepare another review after 6 months to insure the car is actually repaired this time. More

We inquired about a specific vehicle which an employee said was still available and would call us if sold. No call. Which prompted us to drive over two hours to purchase said vehicle. It was sold. The other vehicles we saw online that were "available" we're really not available and the pricing was misleading. Our sales person, Justin Higgins, was very helpful and very willing to find us another vehicle that was comparable. After 4 hours of searching and negotiation we thought a final bottom line was agreed to, only for management to walk out and explain "the wrong price was in our system" to begin with and now, the deal is off the table. How FRUSTRATING!! The wrong price was in your own system?? No regard to how long we were there and NOT willing to honor their price or even TRY to find another similar vehicle for the same negotiated amount. We were ready to buy and they let us walk out the door with no regard. I will say, Justin Higgins was a wonderful sales person. Non pressure and wanted us to be happy. Would not honor price listed on internet Went in with my daughter today to buy a 2017 Silverado 1500 LT. Internet price listed was 28,988, of which we showed Justin (our salesman) first thin Went in with my daughter today to buy a 2017 Silverado 1500 LT. Internet price listed was 28,988, of which we showed Justin (our salesman) first thing after introductions. He noted the price, took the stock number and brought it around. After nearly an hour of showing us the vehicle, some of which was informative, some of which seemed like bs (example: in a turn, letting go of the steering wheel asking us to note that the truck straightens out- really? That's a feature?) I digress. He went to the finance manager and came back with the "well, what happened was" as a start to the price discussion. Said that there was a "typo" on the website and that was a price they couldn't honor. There are three other trucks listed on their website at that same price- so a typo three times!! Wow!! She was so aggravated at the price he showed us being 4k higher, we just decided to leave. What really infuriated us was seeing this 'finance manager' come to get us just before we pulled out and just wave his hand dismissively as if to say "pfft, never mind, they aren't worth pursing". I guess her money isn't any good, or isn't worth giving an honest price. I guess they choose to play this bait and switch game that give car dealers a bad name. Good news story- she went to another dealer right after that and bought a new truck at an agreeable price that started with an honored internet price and ended up costing her less. Too bad Vandergriff and guess what!? Her money does spend and you wont see a dime of it! Buyer beware, the price is still up there as I write this, the truck is still there, but it won't be honored! Don't waste your time or the headache you will get from seeing someone just wave you away because it's not worth it. More
