Train Wreck I purchased a pre-owned Toyota Avalon from Vandergriff Chevrolet. Once I drove it off the lots, and didn't have a salesman talking to me the entire t I purchased a pre-owned Toyota Avalon from Vandergriff Chevrolet. Once I drove it off the lots, and didn't have a salesman talking to me the entire time I was driving, I heard all kids of noises, and knew something was wrong with the car. I took it to a Toyota dealership the next day, and found out that the car had been in a wreck (which wasn't reported on the CarFax, but there was significant damage to the under-side of the car), and the front two from wheel bearings needed to be replaced, along with the front axle shaft. The two front struts had already been replaced. The car only had 49k miles! The dealership did take the car back, but Dan Baily, the Sales Manager, was not friendly about it, and I'm out $1,000 from time off of work dealing with this. Also, Awadi Mohamed was the worst salesman I've ever dealt with. I didn't trust a word coming out of his mouth. Dan, one of the other salesmen, was the only person that apologized for this fiasco. Does this dealership even do a safety inspection on their cars??? I will never go to another Vandergriff dealership, and will never recommend them. More

Excellent Customer Service I recently had my 2015 Chevy Tahoe serviced at Vandergriff Chevrolet. I didn't have an appointment for the service work or the recall; Layne, my servi I recently had my 2015 Chevy Tahoe serviced at Vandergriff Chevrolet. I didn't have an appointment for the service work or the recall; Layne, my service rep went and checked to make sure that it could all be done the same day. Further, I was told originally that it would take about 4 hrs, but it was only about 3. Layne, my service rep, was a very courteous and polite. He has made me want to bring my corvette back to be serviced because of his EXCELLENT customer service! The only thing that didn't happen was the car wash, but I'm not sure if that's included with service. More

General maintenance I had an oil change, tire rotations, air filter and supposedly a multi point inspection. Done on February 21, 2017. The person who assigned as my go to didnt know anything and could not answer any of the questions I asked. I don't think they even did the multipoint inspection that I paid for. I asked for a report and was denied one. They were only interested in trying to sell me services that my car manual said was not due and this time. I will not be going back there again. I had been going there for years BUT NOW I will find another Chevrolet Dealer to take my Chevrolet s too. Dissatisfied customer. I will certainly not be recommending them again.😞 More
