First NEW car!! I have gotten my previous vehicles serviced here. So I Went in just to get an idea of what I wanted to get. I couldn't decide between a few different vehicles. But LeBrandon brought the vehicles up front for me to test drive. (One at a time. In the heat) After I told him what I wanted. Terrible customer service Terrible customer service, I have purchased a part for my car that did not work out for me so I went to return the part & was told "I'm not going to Terrible customer service, I have purchased a part for my car that did not work out for me so I went to return the part & was told "I'm not going to return this for you" I asked why? & he told me "well because it says it in the receipt " I looked at the receipt, nowhere on there did it say it was non-returnable, in fact it says I have 90 days to return it, so I showed it to him & he just told me "I'm not going to return it!!" I asked to speak to manager & the "manager " was very rude didn't seem to be a manager to me, he just looked a like a random employee this guy asked to be "manager" just to get me out of there, this part was not cheap & I have no use for it, why the **** can't yall just return it! More
