We will not be returning to Vandergriff Chevy due to the excessive wait time we experienced after purchasing our vehicle. We traveled three hours specifically to buy a particular model. Despite arriving at 8:50 am for our 9 am appointment with Cecilia D.—who was unavailable at the time—we were assisted by Daniel P. The test drive and sales negotiations were completed around 10:30 am. However, we waited until approximately 1:00 pm to finalize everything with Jessica in Finance. Finance faced some challenges with equipment, but Paris stepped in to help with printing the paperwork. We were then informed by Daniel that our vehicle was still in PDI and awaiting detailing. This was particularly frustrating as we had been assured that the vehicle would go directly to PDI and detailing after the negotiation was finished. We ended up waiting an additional two hours for the vehicle after completing the finance process. In total, we spent over six hours trying to complete this purchase. In my thirty years of buying cars, I have never experienced such a long wait. The updates from Daniel were inaccurate, and we received only one follow-up from Sales Manager Parks immediately after the purchase, with no further communication during the four and a half hours of waiting. The Sales Manager should have kept us better informed about the vehicle's status. Daniel should have been clearer about the delay, and your service center needs to address why the PDI and detailing took so long. After the sale, Daniel mentioned that we would receive a survey and encouraged us to let him know if we were dissatisfied. I was honest with him before leaving, stating that Vandergriff Chevy had failed us and that we would not be returning. I cannot, in good faith, recommend Vandergriff to others looking to buy a vehicle. More

They drug feet delaying sending PO to my bank. Then sold vehicle while I drove to dealership after work. Now I have to cancel financing with my bank and remove from my personal insurance. Then they offered to have Director call me back next day with an offer for alternate vehicle...Still waiting. Ha. These people have no soul, no heart or ever heard the word ETHICS. They will lie to you then lie again. This is the worst dealer in Texas. Deal with these people at your own risk. More
The customer service experience at this dealership has been very disappointing. After purchasing a new truck, I have encountered ongoing issues with the reliability and performance of the vehicle. Additionally, the level of customer support and responsiveness from the dealership staff has been unacceptable. I believe the dealership should make significant improvements to their service quality and address the reliability problems with the vehicle in a timely and satisfactory manner. Customers have a reasonable expectation of reliable products and attentive, professional service, which does not seem to be the case here. Vianey Vega has made my experience with Vandergriff Chevrolet a nightmare. I will never recommend nor do business with this location ever again. More

Wouldn’t consider purchasing from them. Although I found them to be friendly people and got me info I asked for, they said one thing and did another. An offer was made by a sales manager for a price on a vehicle, the next day the price has risen (with a different manager). After explaining the offer that was made by the previous manager, the other manager said “well I’m just jumping in here, I wouldn’t have made the offer she made.” Issue I had with her offer is their website advertises 9,250 in dealer discounts but they only offered 6,000 in discounts and not $1 more. After explaining that to the new manager he said, “well you’re not from here, and we take care of our own.” I purchase cars once a year, but I’ll never purchase one from them. More
