Everything went well until we left the dealership. Discovered there was no spare or jack. The sales person’s response to everything was “that’s the way it came in”. No floor mats, no key fobs, no jack Discovered there was no spare or jack. The sales person’s response to everything was “that’s the way it came in”. No floor mats, no key fobs, no jack and no spare tire. Didn’t leave us with a very good impression after that response. They did however give us 2 fobs to get programmed. Of course one of those didn’t work at all. We came in from out of town to buy the truck. Also had to request the paperwork for the extended warranty we purchased be mailed to us. We trusted and took to much for granted. More

This is my fourth visit, each time with a different representative. Nevertheless, the service has always been fast and pleasant. In addition, on two occasions the service manager checked in with me as representative. Nevertheless, the service has always been fast and pleasant. In addition, on two occasions the service manager checked in with me as well. My last visit was with Abby. She was very professional. Service dept misdiagnosed and misrepresented my service repair to the manufacturer causing my warranty to be voided for the repairs. I had to come out of pocket $550 for repairs that should have been cover repair to the manufacturer causing my warranty to be voided for the repairs. I had to come out of pocket $550 for repairs that should have been covered under warranty. Service dept tried to charge me for repairs that were not needed on my vehicle. I ended up taking my vehicle to an independent mechanic for the repairs. More
