Extremely poor management, was told 2 days to get my equity check but 3 weeks later still was not sent. I have called many times, spoke with 2 managers and 2 directors, (asked that their GM call me but equity check but 3 weeks later still was not sent. I have called many times, spoke with 2 managers and 2 directors, (asked that their GM call me but he doesn’t speak to customers) and each failed to get the check sent and never bothered to even follow up with me. I am left to wonder if they are having financial difficulties and waiting as long as possible to hold this money, the senior leadership there is completely incompetent as they failed on every promise, or the senior leadership just doesn’t care once the sale is completed! Beware of purchasing a vehicle here! More
Made appointment and made sure car was available. Got there and was set in a cubicle for 30 min for him to wash the car it was filthy covered in dirt. After it was washed I was looking at car and the salesman came out and said I couldn’t buy the car someone put a deposit on it while I was waiting on him to was it. I was then told I couldn’t buy see another car that had more miles and cost more. I was ready to buy car after test drive but was sent away even thought I was there to buy the car. I just want to share my experience on this dealership everything was nice with my purchase , they oversold some stuff like maintenance, which I thought it was a great deal until they did my first oil cha everything was nice with my purchase , they oversold some stuff like maintenance, which I thought it was a great deal until they did my first oil change and for some reason the dashboard kept telling me it still needed to be done . Call the place they said a technician will call , never did . Time went on and message kept popping up in the dashboard and app . I now check my oil is empty and there is not leak , and let’s add that know I have a engine light on and they said it will take 15 days for my car just to be sitting there to be look at , also need to be in a waiting list for a rental . And let’s just say my truck is practically brand new with only 10000 miles . I’d been doing my part but they are hard to work with and never reply back . I hope this makes people aware that they are not a 5 or 4 star dealership. That need better management and communication with their customers . As well as better work ethic when they do their maintenance. They broke my trust , now I don’t know what to do . More
