Max Coker After my last vehicle purchase at a competing Acura dealership, which was horrible, I was not looking forward to my next purchase. WOW, I was amazed After my last vehicle purchase at a competing Acura dealership, which was horrible, I was not looking forward to my next purchase. WOW, I was amazed from the moment I walked into Vandergriff Acura. Max Coker walked up to me and introduced himself. I was immediately expecting a smooth talking, aggressive sales pitch. Oh no, just the opposite. At that point I decided to take Max for a ride, or several rides since I was having such a good time!!! I kept him out quite late. At the end of my 3-hour visit I was expecting the dreaded sales pitch, but NO. Max shook my hand and offered any assistance he could give me to help me decide which vehicle, if any, would make me happy, and we said good night. I went back into Vandergriff Acura the next evening and again took Max for a few test drives. I was ready for another evening of fun. I can't begin to tell you what a fantastic experience I had with Max, and managers Steve and Wes. I did buy a car and am 100% pleased with my choice. If you want an experience that is like non-other, PLEASE, PLEASE walk through those doors and ask for Max. This is coming from a woman looking for Red Flags. Great Customer Service! As a first time car buyer I was more than nervous to go into the dealership and walk out feeling like I got ripped off. The stories I hear about gruel As a first time car buyer I was more than nervous to go into the dealership and walk out feeling like I got ripped off. The stories I hear about grueling paperwork and shady salesmen definitely made me cautious. But I am so glad that I went to Vandergriff Acura and that Max Coker was able to help me get a great car! I had zero credit and no down payment other than a car with nearly 200,000 miles on it. I was so scared that I either wouldn't get approved for a car or that my payments would be astronomical. Max got in touch with me before I even made a trip out to discuss options, he sent me links to cars that he thought might fit my needs and budget and didn't try to pursuade me to get a car I didn't love. In the end he was able to get me more than what I was expecting for my trade in and got me into a great reliable safe car that fit within my budget! He explained everything to me in a way I could understand, which was very helpful! He was so accommodating and patient with my indecisiveness and many questions.
