Vandergriff Acura has always performed service on time and according to the cost estimate. My service advisor (Taylor Jones) is a good listener and is very knowledgeable about the dealership and the Acura MDX.
During my recent service on November 1st, the customer service at Vandergriff Acura in Arlington was truly exceptional—well beyond Five Stars. Chantelle, the supervisor, is highly professional and warm, with excellent people skills. My consultant, Taylor Johns, communicated clearly throughout the process, and went above and beyond by personally checking my car after the service and explaining the oil-life status to me. Hailey also stayed in close contact with me and maintained great communication. The repair team did an outstanding job taking care of my car. Overall, I am extremely pleased and deeply appreciative of the entire team’s exceptional service.
The initial complimentary service, oil change, was done during this service. I was informed that the rear axil differential needed to be done to fully complete all required maintenance.
I love my new MDX! There were a couple hiccups with my paperwork but everything was resolved and I would definitely do business with Vandergriff in the future.
