Poor salemanship, misleading and mis-informative Leased an MDX from Sales manager Robert Fugate. Robert explained to us to do a 4 year lease and that in 2 years he'd be able to roll us out. Also told Leased an MDX from Sales manager Robert Fugate. Robert explained to us to do a 4 year lease and that in 2 years he'd be able to roll us out. Also told us to go with 10,000 lease mileage option as Acura would forgive the overage if we renewed a lease with Vandergriff. I argued against the 10,000 miles and the 2 years, but he promised that he would ensure this would be the case. The 2 years came and went and Robert explained that he was unable to roll us out of the lease b/c the market on the MDX's had dropped. I argued that he sold us on a condition that was out of his control. Since then we have even gone back to Vandergriff as the MDX lease is now about to mature. I gave terms and figures to salesman named Jeffrey and he said they would not be a problem for him to meet. The dealership would even take the MDX back and forgive the overage on miles. When we arrived at the dealership to do a deal, the manager told us that they could not do a deal like that for a TLX. This dealership cannot seem to get the story straight. Every salesperson I have spoken with gives me a different story. More

Kenny Le I had the best experience with Kenny. He was so patient with me and I was not easy. I would highly recommend him he did all he could do to get me happ I had the best experience with Kenny. My previous dealership was Toyota of Dallas and we were consistently given false promises and false information, but Blake was upfront and honest with me right from the beginning. I am confident that Blake, unlike my previous experience with Toyota of Dallas, has the absolute best intentions for me. Blake wanted us to get a good deal so much that he went through the time and energy to teach me how to drive a stick shift (we spent a good hour at least in an empty parking lot) and made sure I was comfortable driving on the road before I took the car (which was not only new, but right in our budget). I was also driving a rental at the time and he offered to help get my rental back so I wouldn't have to worry about having two cars to take home. Blake made my experience easy, enjoyable, and fun!
