This was by far the best experience I have had at a dealership. I am 70+ years old so I have bought a few vehicles in my life, and Steve made this purchase easy and low pressure. He showed us all the bells and whistles in this great vehicle, and even weeks after the purchase is still answering my questions on how the bells and whistles work. horrible Worst experience I have ever had. Service center is condescending and rude. Unwilling to admit when wrong and offer the worst customer service I have Worst experience I have ever had. I brought it in for a tune up, this required a second trip back in for bad work, only to find out that they had some how broken something in the front end. It was NOT broken when I drove it in.
