Brought my Sonata Hybrid in for recall assessment. Service was quick and as always the staff was Great! I use to bring my car in for regular service and oil changes but the prices have become too hi Service was quick and as always the staff was Great! I use to bring my car in for regular service and oil changes but the prices have become too high. I now use a local independent service provider that is more reasonable in labor and does a great job. But for important issues that can only be handled by a Hyundai dealer, I still bring my car into Vancouver Hyundai. More
Had A great experience at Vancouver Ford. This was my second purchase from them. I worked with Steve Bushey and he was great to work with. For this purchase, I ordered a Truck from the factory in order t second purchase from them. I worked with Steve Bushey and he was great to work with. For this purchase, I ordered a Truck from the factory in order to get exactly what I wanted. The order process was very easy. The hardest part was waiting the 3+ months for the truck to be built (Limitation on when they where building the Superduty's) . Very good process getting the truck and if I had any questions they were right there ready to help. More

The start/stop issue was not fixed. The incorrectly installed handle from a previous repair was fixed and a grease mark was added. Salesman are really rude. Service Deot was good but sales dept didn’t want to help because I didn’t buy from them. I just needed help with my blue link .
