My first service visit for my Dodge Challenger RT When I took my car in for its first oil change and tire rotation I was greeted by Oscar. He was very courteous. He explained clearly the different options that were available to me and charged me a fair price of all services rendered. He also released the back center seatbelt which got stuck when I pushed down the back seat in order to transport some bulky objects. I was impressed by the professional way my car washed and vacuum before receiving it. I was very satisfied with my visit. Thanks a lot! More

First Service after purchase I purchased my Jeep GC from the Canoga Park Jeep. The Van Nuys dealership is more convient to my work so I brought my Jeep for the first service. The hours are work well with my schedule and the service writer Hector was very good and helpful. The only issue I have with the service was that my vehicle was not washed after service. Someone had probably checked my windshield wipers and left water marks all over the fron and rear windows. My experience with most service at dealerships is that the vehicles are washed before they are picked up. Was a little disappointed getting my Jeep GC back with a dirtly water spotted windshield and rear window. More
