Service is unacceptable I brought my Jeep for a routine inspection and oils change. I was informed that the service would take approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours to complete. The service advisor never called me and I called 3 times before speaking to anyone. The advisor who finally answered the phone could not tell me if my car was ready and insisted that “my” service advisor would need to call me back. About a half an hour later I received a call that my car was ready for pick up. When I arrived, after checking out, I waited another 20 minutes for my car. When I got home, I saw that the tire rotation was not performed because they were unable to find my wheel locks. The advisor usually asks for wheel locks upon arrival, which he did not, and he never called to request them after I left. Advisor also did not inform me that the tire rotation was not performed when I picked up my vehicle. Instead I was quoted an astronomical amount of money to replace a part. Now that my car is no longer under warranty, I will return to a trusted mechanic who cares about customer service. More

Lack of communication I brought my Renegade in because the air conditioning was not working. My Jeep was in their service department for 1 month. During that time no one re I brought my Renegade in because the air conditioning was not working. My Jeep was in their service department for 1 month. During that time no one reached out to tell me what was going on with my Jeep. I would have to contact them to ask what was going on. I would receive a very short answer that “your Jeep was not ready. “ I asked why, their reply “condenser” and that’s it. So I waited. Finally after a month I contacted them again asking the status of my car. I did not receive a reply. The next day I received a call saying my car was done and I could pick it up. Overall I have to say their communication is terrible. More

I had expected the repair to take several days, but Zack called me in the evening of the same day that I dropped my car off, to tell me it had been repaired and my Jeep was ready to be picked up. This was my first time at the Russell Westbrook dealership, and even though it is located about 18 miles away from me, I fully intend to return for any required service. More
