Not Express Service as strongly advertised As soon as you walk into the service center, “Express oil change” is advertised on every wall. I was told 2-3 hrs for a simple oil change, even after As soon as you walk into the service center, “Express oil change” is advertised on every wall. I was told 2-3 hrs for a simple oil change, even after I had called and the woman told me that it would be less than an hour if I came within the hour. I arrived 20 min later, and then was told a 2-3 hour wait. They refuse to take appointments even after requesting one. This is false advertising. This is the second time this has happened to me. Why promote express service when it is never express? .. and please accept appointments! Who has 2-3 hrs to wait for a simple oil change? However, my service advisor made things right for me and offered me an Uber to and from home, which I greatly appreciated. He showed empathy, respect, and was very kind. He made a negative experience turn positive! Thank you for helping me out in this unfortunate circumstance. Time is precious..and next time I need an oil change I will go to a dealer that accepts appointments. . More

Very honest. Easy to work with. Great customer service. I brought my car in for new breaks. A guy at Big-O tires said that I nedded them.
