Service center I am not sure exactly who helped me. But I wasn’t greeted when I arrived to drop off my vehicle for service or when I came to pick up my vehicle. I we I am not sure exactly who helped me. But I wasn’t greeted when I arrived to drop off my vehicle for service or when I came to pick up my vehicle. I went to get my car serviced here only because I had a great experience with the sales person. But I would probably not go back to get my car serviced. Typically when I go to the dealership to get my car serviced when I pick it up they have it washed. It was not washed. Also I asked the service guy that I wanted someone to check the paint on the car and he said that it had to be someone in sales that would have to help me. That I totally fine with me. But good customer service they would have taken me to someone that could help me or they would have called someone over. I didn’t complain about the wash because I was already unhappy with the service I just wanted to leave. More

Horrible service I dropped my car off on a Thursday was told they would call me back Friday the lates. Once I didn’t get a call back I decided to call to see what was I dropped my car off on a Thursday was told they would call me back Friday the lates. Once I didn’t get a call back I decided to call to see what was going on. I kept being told a manager would call me back because my advisor wasn’t there. It happens on 4 separate occasions. No manager ever called me back.. I find that receive a call until my fourth call where they still told me they would cb. And finally called back in the afternoon. Worst service ever. More

I paid for synthetic oil and got semi synthetic oil unbelievable all he said he could do was give me a tire rotation or come back the next day to do it again when I came out of the lounge to check oil unbelievable all he said he could do was give me a tire rotation or come back the next day to do it again when I came out of the lounge to check to see if the car was done it was sitting in the front lot facing the street finished the service guy made eye contact with me while he was walking to the back and kept going I got another service person to give me my paperwork and keys then found out by looking at the receipt that they gave me the wrong oil smh More
