Roger LaPrairie was a pro - he was knowledgeable, helpful and had the best attitude and personality you could want in someone selling you a car. The key was that I did not feel pressured, yet I felt vested in the car selection (a Charger) because of the way Roger handled himself and represented the product and what kind of a deal he could make. This car was for my 16-year old son to use going to/from school, so my son was there during the sale, the first one he has ever gone through. We later talked about how great Roger was at doing what he does. For my son, it was a great learning experience as to how a car transaction should be done - so that you feel you have bought a great product at a fair price and feel good about the purchase. While the car sold itself, Roger sold the process at this dealership. If I were running a training session on how to sell a car, I would have Roger do the training for others.
