Long answer: My wife and I originally were looking for a used SUV at the Westbrook dealership. But the salesman, Justin Andreas, showed us a new 2015 Grand Cherokee with some awesome rebates on it... it was like a new car at a used car price. Nevertheless, I am very thorough in my research, especially when it comes to a big purchase like this, so I didn't pull the trigger on my first visit. I ended up visiting the dealership three times and the sales people were very helpful. Justin was patient and helpful throughout the process. Joe Najar and Andy Cortez, the managers, were also easy going, courteous, and helped me run through a variety of numbers and scenarios to get to the best deal. Hady Muhtar, the finance guy was terrific, too, and very helpful in working with my bank. On my last visit Andy, Justin and Hady stayed way past closing to help finish the deal & I didn't end up driving the car off the lot until 11:30pm! That's two and a half hours after closing time. Thanks, guys. I would definitely recommend this dealership and my salesman, Justin Andreas, to other buyers. They were straight forward with me and honest throughout the process. The owner's manual and 2nd Key weren't in the car when purchased, so the next day Justin went out of his way to bring those directly to me at home after he finished that evening. Working to satisfy I had contacted RW as a new customer and they put me through to Roger L.. We agreed on an appointment which later I had to reschedule and reschedule. Finally I showed up and Roger immediately started to ask what he could do to make me happy. We talked about what I was interested in and he showed me what RW had. I had a model in mind but have a parking structure issue so I brought a measuring tape and that eliminated my first choice. Second choice, Roger drove me to see what they had. Turns out second choice was the one. We talked numbers, they gave me more for my trade-in than originally quoted and the rest is in the books. It's tough getting myself to spend a lot of cash, any amount is a lot, but, I got a great deal on a 4x4 with lots of extra features. I truly recommend to anyone interested to go visit RW CDJR. You won't be dissapointed. More
