I looked at similar units; '17 Jeep Cherokee v6 with safety and comfort groups at a dealer in Downey two weeks ago. I decided I wanted that model with the panoramic moonroof which they didn't have. I found it at Westbrook via ww.jeep.com. I fought may way, traffic wise, 3 nights ago from Culver City to Van Nuys. And boy, am I glad I did! I was greeted at the door by Rene who couldn't have been nicer. Today, 4 days later, I now own that car. I arrived this morning with research and run numbers of several vehicles and dealer offers. Rene quickly introduced me to Tony. Tony listened to my research, reasoning and requirements. He keyed me in on a few things I hadn't factored in which were totally valid. With that said he told me he'd be right back with his best offer. Shortly thereafter he presented his offer which I accepted on the spot. I chilled in a very comfortable show room waiting for finance. Before I knew it my Jeep was sitting outside the window freshly washed with a full tank. Next I had keys and manual in hand from Rene. Jimmy in finance had me in and out in a jiffy quickly completing the paperwork in a flash. He has a great sense of humor and we laughed together with my trading my car selling days stories. I sold Hondas and BMWs back in the early 80s for Norm Braman Motors in Miami for over a year. Let me just add in conclusion, working with Rene, Tony and the entire Westbrook sales team should be the model for every other dealer! I couldn't be happier with the vehicle, the deal or the service and treatment at Westbrook. Bravo! More
