Fake Customer Service Being in the customer service field for over 20 years I know the saying "the customer is always right" sometimes does not always apply especially when Being in the customer service field for over 20 years I know the saying "the customer is always right" sometimes does not always apply especially when certain expectations are applied. Our sales guy, Ahmed, at first was awesome he was a great with helping us. After the deal we wanted wasn't met we said thank you but thank you. Then of course the whole reason why I HATE dealerships came out. Persistent is a light term I'll use but when no is my answer then take it. What upset me the most is they kept us there for hours without making a dent on the deal which our answer would always be no. Today my wife was called back by AHMED and was told they would make better offer if we came down there again. Left early from work to have them say to her face "sorry no deal our offer stands" WOW very disappointed making us believe they actually cared for their customers. I will NEVER set foot in that dealership ever again. We are hard working people that just wanted a good deal for us. If it's not possible then we respect your decision but to lie to our face and give us hope is horrible service. I know this will not change anything but hopefully help someone else go elsewhere to give them their hard earned money. Shame on all of you involved!!!! More

They won't stop until you are happy. Service Department Experience I scheduled an appointment for service on my Jeep. I had checked online and saw the offer of Lyft for a ride back home so I didn't arrange for anyone I scheduled an appointment for service on my Jeep. I had checked online and saw the offer of Lyft for a ride back home so I didn't arrange for anyone to pick me up . I arrived and was greeted by a young lady who I checked in with . She stated someone would help me . I waited in line a gentleman assisted me advised I wanted the routine service . He handed me two documents he printed out . Never told me the fees for the service I guess I had to figure out by looking at the printouts. Never offered a ride with Lyft as its advertised online. I guess you have to ask for it since its not offered . Arrived to pick up my Car around 5:30pm. Same gentleman assisted me . I paid for my service he handed me my car keys and said my car was to the right of the building . I thought okay it should be right outside . I went outside and began looking for my Jeep. I pushed the panic button and could hear it far away . A gentleman walked out from the mechanic side and assisted me he asked if they just handed me my keys and I said yes while he shook his head . He is the reason why Im giving a star . He walked to get my Jeep and apologized . Ive gotten my vehicles serviced on all my leased vehicles never have I experienced the lack of customer service the uninviting customer service received at this dealership . I wont be coming back for future service and will definitely not recommend to anyone . More
