No waiting for a manager to come back with numbers 3 times: just come in with a number in mind and the managers will sit with you (or shoot hoops at the bball court) and work it out verbally with you. I had a tough tough situation with money I owed on my bmw lease turn in and I had almost given up the prospect of leasing a Wrangler- then I came in and they got me the deal that worked with cash left over to pay some of my fees. Overall thrilled! Car buying/leasing is always a somewhat anxious experience- but these guys get it- they're cool, fun to work with, and will put you in the car you want at the price you can handle.
