Hi Jonathan , please discuss this matter with your staff (Salena), I was told this was brought to your attention. There is no excuse for this paperwork not being processed, when the vehicle was sold to your dealership 2 months ago. NOW I’m stuck with a toll bill that has nothing to do with me, because of your dealerships negligence !

Sir thank you for your concern into this matter I have spoken to Mr Badie I have explained the concerns and condition of the car I got I bought the car in Sunday it was back to the dealer on Monday for 3 days , my mistake I did not check tha car. Since it took about 8 hours. To close the deal. My mistake . but I was told. The car was certified and checked by your mechanics some how I got a car with dirt and scratches. All over inside , But the main thing the car had very little oil or no oil in the motor is my major concern . How the car was checked. ? All has been fix to a level . hope no issues will come later for the motor been out of oil , still I’m waiting for a second key and owner manual. Elisa from finance is helping on this . Sir thank you for your concerns into this matter sorry for any inconvenience once again I appreciate you paying attn to Retire client. Muchas gracias blessings
