After deciding what kind of vehicle we wanted, I checked local dealers and didn't find any that met our criteria. As a result, I used the internet to check Auto Trader. I first corresponded by email then decided to take the 2 hour drive to Van Horn in Plymouth. The car we were most interested in was ready for inspection and a test drive. We then had to agree on an acceptable trade in figure to finalize the deal. Bob O'Connor was very helpful in obtaining a deal that was acceptable to all. We than worked with Josh Koon who handled the paperwork and developed a warranty best suited for our usage at an acceptable cost. Finally, Tina in Customer Service and our Sales Rep Bob got us on our was to complete our experience. He said the jeep is available, we asked some more questions and said we have a 1999 Grand Cherokee limited to trade in with 203000 miles. Bob asked me some questions about our jeep, asked me to hold for acouple minutes, came back and said if we give you your trade in price do we have a deal? I said Yes! And two days later we were on the road to Plymoth, Wesconson to make a trade. We met Bob, very frendly and very willing to make a final deal very satisfying to my wife and I. My husband and I have been looking at Commanders for about a month. We have visited different dealerships in the Sheboygan County area, and done test drives as well. Troy had them both brought inside the service area, and explained them thoroughly, including all the features and details. After each test drive, he asked questions and listened to our input. When we had completed the second test drive, he invited us to come and sit down and talk about our situation, thoughts and next steps. He was very comfortable for us to work with. We had two older vehicles that we were considering trading in on a Commander, and he made it easy for us to explore that option, and get a monthly payment on the new Commander that we were comfortable with.
