Van Horn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Plymouth

I purchased a Jeep from their sister dealership, Van Horn Ford in Lomira. Literally a day or 2 after I took possession of it, it developed a squealing noise. Their Ford dealership wasn't acclimated on Jeeps, Ford in Lomira. Literally a day or 2 after I took possession of it, it developed a squealing noise. Their Ford dealership wasn't acclimated on Jeeps, so they sent my Jeep to their Chrysler dealership in Plymouth. I gave an extremely detailed description of when the squeal was occurring. Almost a week went by with no word. I asked about an update & was told numerous techs were out. OK, so I figured in a day or 2 I'd get an update. Nope. It took almost another week to be told the techs were out all week. This information would have been helpful in the beginning!! I had my Jeep dropped off at my residence this evening & the problem they addressed wasn't even the issue I brought it in for! I get in & pull out of the driveway & the squeal is still there, just as if it wasn't even addressed!! Any communication had to be initiated by me! Otherwise I would have been left hanging! Other dealerships communicate with their customers on the status of their vehicle!! For 2 WEEKS they had my Jeep only to get it back in the same condition!! Will not ever return! More
