Overall it was a very good trip to Van Horn. Roy our salesman had done his research on the vehicles we were interested in and was prepared to answer our questions. i drove from michigan to wisconsin to purchase this truck because the salesman and i have been friends for years. but then when i got there and delt with the finance guy and the manager it was like i was bes because the salesman and i have been friends for years. but then when i got there and delt with the finance guy and the manager it was like i was best friends with them also!!! they didnt know me but they treated me like i knew them for years. i had my 3 year old with me and one of the other sales guys come up and took her to the popcorn machine and got her some popcorn.. seems kinda petty but it was like family there he didnt have to take the time out of his day to do that but he did!! i will return there to buy in the future!! its a 6 hour drive but well worth it!! thank u mark and van horn.
