We found a mitsubishi raider online offered by Van Horn. I was on a strict budget and not sure if I could afford it. I was a little hesitant about driving that far but Christian and staff made up for it. When we pulled up, he had it washed and parked in front just as he promised. We were immediately greeted by another associate and told Christian was finishing up with another customer and he would be right out. In the meantime my wife and I gave the vehicle a complete look over. I checked out all the mechanical operations while the wife checked out all the cosmetics. The truck was clean and all mechanics seemed to be in good condition. Christian was soon with us and had a very freindly non-pushy attitude. After a nice test drive, I liked the truck but still was a little concerned it may be out of my payment range. Christian and I worked out a few details and he provided an auto check report and worked out the pricing details with a professional mannor. Although it was getting late, I asked to take a break for dinner as I am an impulse buyer if it's something I want and I wanted to make sure I was making the right decision with my wife. Christian and staff were just as patient with us then as the start of the day and worked with us on the financing to get the price that I was comfortable with. I work construction and some times are good, some times tight so being able to make consistant payments is important. We decided this was the truck for me and the paperwork flew by and I was on the road with my truck a short while later. The thruk was missing the owners manual but as Christian promised, it arrived in a timely manner, which I was concerned with as some dealerships may drop the ball after the sale has been made. I also recieved timely responses from Christian when I contacted him for a repair and maintence report performed by the dealership as I was having my mechanic give the truck a full maintence workover to make sure I wouldn't have anything to worry about for many miles. Again very important for working on the road. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchese from Van Horn and I am happy I had the opportunity to work with Christian. He made a very important decision less stressful and helped me make the decision for the truck I was looking for. More
