We worked with Mark Sloan whom I would recommend to everyone. He wasn't pushy, which is a definite no, very knowledgeable and let us know what was going on in their car search.... something you don't everyone. We felt we got a fair price and trade in so obviously that was good too. This is our fourth Jeep and probably won't be our last. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealer (keep in mind this place is 3 hours one way for me). They have a large selection of vehicles to choose from. In fact, you need to be careful when parking and walking the lot as it is so full. The salepeople are friendly and they kind've have a no haggle deal going on (which is okay as I hate the back and fourth when they have to go to their manager, etc... Now the "bad". We wanted to test drive a 2010 Nitro but they could not find it. Not sure if someone stole it or they just misplaced it. We ended up buying a 2011 Nitro with 400 miles on it. They lost the extra key ($150) and there was a paint defect on it. After alot of calling and emailing, we finnaly got a new key sent to us and we have to pay to have it programmed. The paint issue is currently ongoing with Dodge to see if they will cover it under warranty. Time will tell. The dealership said if Dodge didn't warranty the paint, they would take care of it. It seems like they are not real good about following up with you or contacting you after the sale but with some perisitance, they will. I can't say as it was a terrible experience because it wasn't. There are some areas they need to improve on and hopefully they will. I think they are a victim of their own success (almost too big). Overall, it was an okay sale. I will leave it up to you to decide depending on your own experience. I think due to their size, a few customers get lost in the mix and I think that is what happened to us. I would recommend giving them a chance though. More
We found a Jeep from Van Horn online and made an offer then decided to test drive it. Josh was a wonderful salesman and very helpful and patient with us, since it is the first vehicle I purchased. I bought a 2010 Jeep Liberty Limted and I just love it. VanHorn dealership was very accomodating, and had quite a selection of vehices. They were all very friendly and knowledgable. The dealership had the car I was searching for, in great condition, and with a sunroof (the cherry on top in my mind). I believe the price was fair. Would I have liked to have paid less? Of course! I have only had the car for one weekend, but I still feel good about the deal. Kelly was really great. It took us about 10 days to finally get together on this deal. She was patient and worked with me to search the lot for more auto options as I like to make sure I have exhausted my options. She gave me enough space to feel comfortable making my decision and she answered all of my questions. Kelly was very informative and the atmosphere at the dealership was generally welcoming. More

I purchased a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland with 6,000 miles on it from Bryan Fiecko. Bryan was a pleasure to deal with and his follow up was excellent. I also had a 10+ experience with Josh Koon in the business office. Josh couldn't do enough to help me understand my purchase options. I intentionally did not rate "Friendliness" or "Overall Experience" as I do not want this survey to reflect on the two gentlemen I just mentioned. My experience is sharply tainted due to a bizarre conversation I had with one of their used car sales managers, Adam Gaedke. I am also a sales manager and have yet to see a market segment that responds to threats and intimidation as a sales closing tool. I'm not sure Adam is positioned correctly at this dealership. He could certainly benefit from some good customer relations training, possibly Stephen Covey. The Jeep arrived "as advertised" in mint condition and I am very happy as it is the vehicle I have been searching for. It did come without a temporary tag which I am waiting for today. The title clerk, Angie, was very helpful in finding out what happened and getting it rectified. More

Most recently I traded in my Dodge Charger for a Dodge Ram. The new vehicle is beautiful and tough all at once. Low miles and an affordable payment! I don't live in Plymouth, I drive all the way from Fond du Lac because the service I recieve from Bob and others at Van Horn is above and beyond what I get in my hometown. I have already purchased 2 vehicles and I'm sure I will purchase my next one from them as well! More
