I haven't had such a negative experience. The salesmen Joe Fusco told me he had the car I requested but lied over and over. He could have told me at any time that he couldn't deliver the car. Instead he chose to lie until it was too late for me to shop elsewhere. I lost the incentive of $3000 because the incentive ended. For an advertised family owned and operated business I can't imagine have a family like this. This salesman is the reason people don't trust car dealers. More
