Horrible customer service from the moment I bought the car . The only person that was helpful with Steve in the service department when I went back that day to pick up my car after being serviced he has been . The only person that was helpful with Steve in the service department when I went back that day to pick up my car after being serviced he has been the only one that has asked me or help me with any questions that I had. I was not told anything about the car when I bought it but it’s the car that I wanted and then I wanted a hitch put on the car and floor mats that I was going to purchase after I bought the car but I could not get anybody to return my call so that I could get them purchased them put on. Then it takes almost 2 months to get an appointment to get an oil change and after you get the appointment they have no shuttle or no car for you to drive so I had to leave work find a ride and get a ride back to BMW to pick my car up and back to work again. Also not happy with the service department does not open till 8 o’clock when most people have to be to work at eight it would be a lot More helpful if they opened it earlier hours of people can drop their cars off. Lastly I would never buy another BMW and is soon as my lease is up the car will be going back More

I took my car in for warranty work scheduled online a month in advance! so my problems with my car would be addresses first. Silly me ro think that. Car after Car person after person going before me. BMW service department didn't want to do warranty work clearly. I felt like the step sister. Like i disnt matter. And looked for any reason to not give me my warranty free parts. "Sir looks like your intake/exhaust relays were switched we cant acknowledge warranty work" im sorry! The intake and exhaust ahare xommon parts. Same solenoid same relay same connector. I will never come back Here More
