Bought X2 and had vehicle shipped Purchased the vehicle from Los Angeles and had it shipped from Modesto. Sales Assoc, Mark C. was easy to work with in completing the transaction. Ho Purchased the vehicle from Los Angeles and had it shipped from Modesto. Sales Assoc, Mark C. was easy to work with in completing the transaction. However when the vehicle arrived it had not been washed and detailed. It was very dirty. Whoever was responsible should not have released the vehicle out of inventory to be delivered. It was not the Sales Assoc who was off work that day. I can only assume it was the Sales Mngr. I need to get the exterior of the car detailed and would expect to be reimbursed. Other than that we are very happy with the X2. More
