Drop my car off on a Tuesday for a brake chattering issue was told it would be 3 to 4 days before they could look at it called on Friday was told everyone was at lunch. They would call me back. I called back in the afternoon left a message with the service writer and never received a call back on Friday call back on Monday. Left another message with service writer and also asked to speak to the service manager. He never answered his phone so I left him a message then I called back at noon. Left a message with both people again no callback finally got a call on Tuesday saying that the repairs were done and then I can come pick my car up at 2 o’clock Sidenote, this is a brand new Kia Sportage, SX prestige, under six months old with 8000 miles. no callbacks, no courtesy call to inform me the status on the car is completely unprofessional and not what I expected from Kia. Also, no courtesy vehicle Until the vehicle is inspected which in my opinion is crazy on a brand new car with 8000 miles, so everything is covered under warranty but was told it needed to be inspected before any of that could happen so my family was left with one car for a week. More
