I purchased a CPO Audi and of course there's no way to prove any of my claims, but I truly think they dropped a couple hundred off in negotiating the price, then while "washing" my car, they swapped batte prove any of my claims, but I truly think they dropped a couple hundred off in negotiating the price, then while "washing" my car, they swapped batteries and gave me a nearly dead one. I was traveling and I was VERY happy the battery lasted until I was home, rather than leaving me stranded en route. While test driving the car, the salesman lied to me about a few features of the car as well. Additionally, there were a couple of minor repairs, which meant two days after buying the car, I put $150 towards a battery, then $40 towards resetting my keys, and the $85 deductible towards the repairs. I'm still getting a yellow warning light on my OK check and the car sometimes falters through start up. Of course it ran perfectly when I test drove it and assuming the CPO was a solid guarantee, I didn't think I had to be on the look out for such issues. My last complaint is how long they made everything take. I was up front with them about my schedule and they made me sit there and wait....a lot...and I'm not sure why, except that the salesman kept wanting to tell me how many cars he'd sold and all of the different people he's sold cars to. None of that mattered to me; it seemed like he didn't want to focus on the topic at hand: ME, AND I WANT TO BUY THIS CAR. It seemed to me like they were waiting until all I could do was grab the keys and go, so they wouldn't have to give me a "tour" of the car...and I wouldn't have to confront them about the few things that were malfunctioning, or the features they claimed the car had during test drive. Despite everything, I came to them for my Audi, and I LOVE my car....I just hate dealers. Me and my car will be fine, but future buyers, don't be afraid to haggle with these guys!! Bottom line, these guys are just like any other dealer: BUYER BEWARE!! More
Recalculate your numbers (purchase fees) because they will overcharge you and they may not deliver on their promises. They promised addition features (bluetooth) and winter mats as part of my deal but there isn't bluetooth set up on my car and I never received winter mats. I've had my 2008 pre-owned certified Audi for 4 months and have already been to Audi service 3 times. I was told by another dealership's service department that they couldn't give me a loaner car because I didn't purchase my car from them. Clearly, I don't want to work with Valenti again or commute back to Valenti given that there are closer dealerships to my home. More

I drove up from Philadelphia to Watertown, CT -- a 4 hour trek -- at the behest of Robin Raderman, because he assured me that he had a clean, excellent buy on a pre-owned Audi. Valenti did as well by us financially as they could. Matt was particularly helpful and friendly as a sales representative, even finding 4 virtually new snow tires for us.
