I purchased a used A4 form Valenti and have have nothing but trouble with it. Soon after I purchased the vehicle, I noticed a tire was flat. When I went to change the tire, I realized the jack and all tir but trouble with it. Soon after I purchased the vehicle, I noticed a tire was flat. When I went to change the tire, I realized the jack and all tire changing equipment was not in the vehicle. I contacted the dealership to ask for help since I had purchased their roadside assistance, and was put on hold for 20 minutes only to be told no one could come and help me. I was less than five miles from the dealership. When a rear tail light bulb went out within the first month of ownership, I was told they would replace it for no charge. I asked them to change the oil as well. An hour and a half later - and I had an appointment - my car was done and I was presented with an $80 bill - for an oil change. I had to have recall work done on my vehicle. It could only be done at a dealership. When I picked up teh vehicle I noticed a long scratch on teh passiger side that was not there when I took teh car in. They refused to acknowledge that they scratched the car. Less than a week after the repair work was complete, my engine died. I took it to my mechanic and was told I and needed a computer ship replaced - close to $900. I was informed by the mechanic that the only way this component fails is if it was recently tampered with. Draw your own conclusion. Never again with Valenti. More

Robin was very helpful from the very beginning when I walked onto Valenti's lot offering me assistance. My previous car was dead and due for repairs due to electrical problems and I was on the fence about whether to purchase a new vehicle or put the time and money into my old car. At one point after test driving the TT Coupe, Robin offered to let me take it home so I could get to work and decide whether it would be the right vehicle for me. That was a first for me. The dealership was spotless and brand spankin new. You could tell that they remodeled. Great environment and friendly atomosphere. If anyone is looking for an Audi and wants a great experience, I would recommend Valenti Audi of Watertown. Ask for Robin Raderman! More
I had a great experience at this dealership due to my salesperson, John Ramos. We arrived to test-drive a vehicle right before the dealership was due to close, and he happily gave us the keys. After that he helped us with the paperwork and stayed almost two hours past his regular shift. I felt comfortable that he had a good knowledge of the vehicles and didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear. What sets John apart the most from other salespeople, is the way he has treated me after the sale. This means more to me than anything else, and it's what will make my decision when I have to purchase another vehicle. Every time I call him for help, he ALWAYS tries his best to accommodate me. For this reason, I will definitely use this dealership again. More
I have been to Valenti Audi for service of my 07 A4 2.0T about 6 times for oil consumption problems (audis fancy way of saying oil burning) They told me NOTHING was wrong even though I burned thru 1+ quart about 6 times for oil consumption problems (audis fancy way of saying oil burning) They told me NOTHING was wrong even though I burned thru 1+ quart of oil every THOUSAND miles. They also said that it was NO BIG DEAL and told me NOT TO WORRY when my car was pouring blue/gray smoke...even when it did this in their parking lot. They ran me around until my waranty expired. I finally took my car to Danbury Audi, they had my car for less than an hour when they called me to tell me that I had a busted valve cover and ring and they were going to replace all of the parts and complete the labor at no charge since I had been to Valenti so many times prior. Danbury Audi ALSO found a problem with my transmission and fixed that without charge, and giving me a free loaner the 3 days my car was there. I do NOT recoment Valenti under any circumstance. They continuously treated me unfairly and with an attitude everytime I walked through the door, and at one time flatout telling me that I was undereducated about my car and that I had no idea what I was talking about (this was the time my car filled their parkinglot with smoke) I am filing a complaint with both motor vehicle and the BBB. EVERYONE BEWARE!! Valenti seems to hide their poor workmanship and customer service very well, as if you search on the internet you can't seem to find many complaints....however everyone I talk to has had a negative similar or WORSE experience with either the Audi or VW side. More

Valenti Auto in Watertown, CT is overall the best dealership ever. The salesmen were so wonderful. I was never pressured while shopping and no matter how many cars I wanted to test drive, they were dealership ever. The salesmen were so wonderful. I was never pressured while shopping and no matter how many cars I wanted to test drive, they were always accommodating. I finally did find a car that I loved and I still love it. The price was below the Kelly Blue Book and it included a 2 year warranty. I would totally recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a new or used Audi or Saab. More
