I have brought my car to this dealer 3 times and have always had an issue with customer service. I kept returning b/c I thought it couldn't happen again, but it did. Unfortunately, I prepaid for service when I bought the car so I was hoping to get the last service done and be finished with Valenti, but they botched that up too! I specifically said that I needed a loaner when I called to make the appointment and they failed to put that in the appointment notes. As I was driving there I called to be sure they had a car for me to use and they said no, it was booked that it was a drop off! Because I not only need to have an oil change I need recall work done and I have a transmission issue under warranty - things that will take a long time to do and on a good day - they take forever to finish small jobs so I wasn't about to spend my whole day sitting in their uncomfortable waiting area. I owned an Acura for 10 years and always brought it to Acura of Avon for service. I had no idea that their excellent customer service was unique and rare. I regret the day I bought an Audi!! I hope people take heed to the negative reviews of this place and avoid it at all costs!! I regret ever setting foot in the place! Now I have to drive an hour to West Springfield to get this work done. At least I know they have good customer service. Valenti is a disgrace! Also, I found out 2 years later after the fact from You've Been Pwned that my DOB, driver's license, email address, name, phone numbers, physical address, social security number, and vehicle details were pwned in a data breach!! Never once did Audi or the dealership contact me. When I contacted them they could have cared less!!! So wrong!! More

Salesman was rude and didnt give a lot of info about car. Staff have been incompetent snd basically nonexistent 1 month later dealing with registration issues even though I paid $550 for these services. Unfortunately, when the sale day came, he was out of the office, where Matt came right in and presented the vehicle and walked me through all the amenities Audi had to offer on this model. They were both kind and willing to make the transaction as smooth as possible. I’m very happy with this purchase, I was not let down in any way. Thanks again guys, on a stellar sale! I STRONGLY URGE THE PUBLIC TO AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!! THIS PLACE IS AN EMBARRASSMENT TO THE AUDI BRAND! ZERO MILE WARRANTY ON REPAIRS!! Absolutely terrible experience with the service depart ALL COSTS!!! THIS PLACE IS AN EMBARRASSMENT TO THE AUDI BRAND! ZERO MILE WARRANTY ON REPAIRS!! Absolutely terrible experience with the service department at Valenti Audi in Watertown!! I paid $2500 for an incomplete repair and was left with $1200 in additional repairs needed for engine issues that their technicians CLEARLY caused! I have all the paperwork to prove this. I dropped my Audi off on Aug 23rd to have a coolant leak diagnosed. The car passed stated inspection 3 weeks prior to my visit at Valenti Audi. The car had been serviced only at Audi dealers since it was purchased brand new!! The service department at Valenti informed me that after completing a pressure test, the car was now undriveable as it would no longer hold coolant. I WAS NEVER WARNED ABOUT THIS POSSIBILITY!! I was quoted $2500+ for the 1 pipe that failed and 7 other preventative maintenence parts that the dealer recommended I replace while the technician had the supercharger off. I had to ask the service department 3 times just to receive a basic proper service estimate with part numbers and labor costs!!! I was told the job would take 1-2 days to complete as the parts were all "in stock". I didn't receive a call for 2 days and after calling in myself, I was told that the job was delayed because some parts had arrived damaged and that the technician who started the job had to go on vacation so someone else had to take over. Again this was after I agreed to a 2 day repair because the parts were "IN STOCK"! Dishonest sales tactics like this should NEVER take place in any service business. A loaner vehicle was never provided. I was basically coerced into having my car repaired here!! 7 days without my car, the job was finally "complete". Upon picking the car up, they attempted to charge me an extra $200 for a part that the technician himself stated he broke WHILE I WAS LITERALLY STANDING THERE. The charge was then removed. SHADY BUSINESS TACTICS! Upon picking the car up the engine sounded TERRIBLE. I have this recorded on video. I brought the car back immediately and was told that some noises were "normal" and would go away after driving more. After about 40 miles of driving, the check engine light came on with codes for Intake runners stuck closed. The technicians CLEARLY forgot to hold the intake flaps in their open position when reinstalling the supercharger. The car was then dropped off to Valenti again! This is when I learned about their 0 MILE REPAIR WARRANTY! The intake issue is right beneath the car's supercharger in the exact location of the initial repair!! Valenti proceeded to then quote me another $1200+ to "replace a sensor" that is located right underneath the supercharger. $1200+ for parts and labor that failed on the dealer's hands due to inexperienced technicians! The dishonesty at Valenti's service department is truly shocking. I was scammed by Valenti Audi as my car is no longer drivable and I'm out of $2500! The managers and supervisors at this dealership could care less about their reputation. As an Audi enthusiasts and local automotive business owner that has owned 50+ Audi's over the years, this specific Audi dealer should be ashamed of themselves for treating a loyal customer like myself so poorly. If they did it to me then you can bet they will do it to you. This is just how they operate. They clear engine codes after repairs and if you leave the lot, they are no longer responsible for ANY issues their own technicians cause!! I asked the service department why my car wasnt taken for a road test to assure the repair was completed properly and the response I received was "my guys don't have all day to be driving your car around". I was warned about Valenti from so many Audi enthusiasts and I deeply regret not taking their advice!!! THIS DEALERSHIP IS DESPERATE FOR MONEY AND WILL ATTEMPT TO SCAM YOU TOO! 95% OF THE POSITIVE REVIEWS AT VALENTI AUDI IN WATERTOWN ARE FAKE/FRAUDULENT, MOST ARE WRITTEN BY RECENTLY CREATED ACCOUNTS AND ANYONE CAN CHECK THIS FOR THEMSELVES!!! Just purchased a Q5 online with Matt. He was able to get the exact car I wanted within days. I have purchased other cars online but not as easily as my experience with Matt. He went thru everything in the c the exact car I wanted within days. I have purchased other cars online but not as easily as my experience with Matt. He went thru everything in the car and synced my phone. He went over the Audi app as well. The finance was ready when we arrived and within an hour I was out the door! Most definitely would recommend them to purchase your next Audi! More
