SOLD ME A CAR WITH AN ACCIDENT, NEVER TOLD ME, WHEN I CONFRONTED SALESMAN HE SAID HE DID NOT KNOW IT WAS IN ACCIDENT. CAR HAD A VAL WARD COLLISION STICKER ON IT. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! I SPENT OVER 23, CONFRONTED SALESMAN HE SAID HE DID NOT KNOW IT WAS IN ACCIDENT. CAR HAD A VAL WARD COLLISION STICKER ON IT. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! I SPENT OVER 23,000 DOLLARS AND GOT MY CAR 2 DAY LATER. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. More

Went to the dealership looking for a used CTS and left with a brand new ATS. I was completely satisfied with everyone from the salesman to the financing department. They clearly went over the vehicle and with a brand new ATS. I was completely satisfied with everyone from the salesman to the financing department. I went there looking for a good used Cadillac at a good price - what I got was a great car - from a great dealership and great salesman. I am not a shopper, I am a buyer. I told them what I had, what I w price - what I got was a great car - from a great dealership and great salesman. I am not a shopper, I am a buyer. I told them what I had, what I wanted, and what I would pay 'out the door'. The bottom line was exactly to the penny and I now have my car. The service people I met briefly were all nice and WHAT A FACILITY! You HAVE to check this place out. I could eat dinner off the service bay driveway it was so clean!. More
