A warrenty service on the dashboard there was a defect of the dash on passeger side the day i picked up my new car i noticed it after i left the dealership so i went back and was told th there was a defect of the dash on passeger side the day i picked up my new car i noticed it after i left the dealership so i went back and was told they had to order the part.I got a loaner till monday and picked up the car.I have been coming to Val Ward since 2013 and i think the service dept is excelent my advisor Craig is great.In the sales dept Tom Knoche is a good salesman my next lease I will deal with him again I think he got me a good deal.
