Professional & Courteous Doug was professional, courteous & efficient. I had come in to look at a new XT4 and had an outstanding Recall on my CTS. Even though I didn't have Doug was professional, courteous & efficient. I had come in to look at a new XT4 and had an outstanding Recall on my CTS. Even though I didn't have an appointment, Doug had the concern corrected and the car was ready before I finished my test drive of the XT4. Galen had taken me to meet Jason Glennon in the service department and an appointment was scheduled for me right away to bring my car in for the DuPon Galen had taken me to meet Jason Glennon in the service department and an appointment was scheduled for me right away to bring my car in for the DuPont Protection Package. I brought in the car the next day and Jason told me that there were no loaner cars available and for me to go to the office next door or the waiting room and I would be picked up by someone from Enterprise and they would take me to get a car.
