Collections 😭😭 So, I avoided the first few calls... I was late. It was MY fault. I finally called them and explained I was a small business owner and one of my vendo So, I avoided the first few calls... I was late. It was MY fault. I finally called them and explained I was a small business owner and one of my vendors didn't pay me and has caused me to go negitive in my checking. They told me never avoid our calls. Just talk to us. My payment at that time was like 3 days late. After several calls I was finally able to make the payment 2 weeks late but I answered every call and politely explained what was happening. This has happened not once but 3 times. And each time they do call multiple times (I owe them several thousands dollars) so that's completely understandable. If you answer every call and just simply explain the situation like I have, they are nice and even polite about the late payment. They also replaced my transmission and added to my car payment!!! I was thankful for that because I didn't have the 1,000$ to fix it myself. This company from the auto shop. To the collection department are people just like me and you. If you treat them with respect they will treat you with respect. I can't speak for the negitive comments below but from my dealings with the collection department and being up front, honest and not avoiding their calls. I can say that they are just amazing with working out deals. More

Outstanding I have been a customer for 3 years now and can honestly say I had my doubts. Many small companies get a bad wrap for cheating and lies...but not VP. I explained to her my situation and she stated she notated it in the computer. They came the day before it was time for me to pay with a cop stating that the car was reported stolen and i only owed them $200. They have a tracking device they don't tell you about when you sign the contract so watch out for this company they have also been recently bought out by Tejas Finance. I went to get my property because i no longer wanted to deal with a company like this and my husbands Jordans were missing they told me to file a police report and that they could not do anything about it. More
