I wanted to return my vehicle n get another vehicle because I was dissatisfie This dealership does not follow through on their statements or promises. I wanted to return my vehicle n get another vehicle because I was dissatisfied with my purchase. NO ONE reached out to me. I was told you can't just return a pot or cookware because you are dissatisfied with them, it works the same way with a car. Why cant you return yoyr purchase if you are not happy with it. You should always be able to return anything within 24 hours if dissatisfied especially if you are paying your money for it. They got paid and it seems they could care less about my satisfaction or the lack there of. Dishonesty in business should not be part a auto dealership..a good reliable, trustworthy auto dealership is hard to find. More

Best car buying experience in 20 cars I have purchased 20 cars since I have had my license. The experience at VP was by far the best so far, and I’ve had very good experiences in the past. They handled all paperwork while I was at work and sent an Uber to pick me up from work once I was approved. The cars are great everyday transportation and the selection is very good. Don’t come looking for a late model, high mile Benz or Beemer, but there are lots of cars that will get you rolling, decent mileage and will last you while you work on whatever you need to in order to rebuild you life. Air stopped working on the way home from purchasing car. Had to get a new compressor put on. The car started making a horrible noise on yesterday, took it back to the service center, now the water pump has busted. School is about to start for my son so we have been spending our off days at the service center unfortunately instead of getting ready for sons school registration. I am 6 months pregnant and had to ride in heat the first week of purchasing the car. We test drove more than 3 cars and this car was working just found. Sure, there is warranty on it right now, but what about when the warranty expires, will i be at the service center every week and i would have to pay for it. Two car problems in less than 2 weeks. Would not recommend this company especially if you have small kids, they have shown me a very inconvenient experience. Haven't even made it to the first payment. Ready to get this finance experience over with!!!! More
