This is a great dealership to deal with, in my time of need they provided me with a reliable vehicle, and when my wife got sick and unable to work they worked with me in my financial difficulty. It is ver need they provided me with a reliable vehicle, and when my wife got sick and unable to work they worked with me in my financial difficulty. It is very rare in this day time to actual deal with a dealership that carem and dont treat like a number. Thank you VP Auto. More
Great as far as customer service when they want your business. After the fact, if you need your car service be wary. My car was in their shop after a couple of weeks with engine issues, ac went out window problems and brakes and six months later I still have issues with the engine. They provided me with a loaner the first time for two weeks just for me to get it back with only the brakes being done. Six month later still have engine problems, window still click, ac doesn't blow and they dont want to provide me with a loaner. they said there are other top priorities than me. To this day it is in the shop for one day and no one even called, but they call for payment. More
I purchased a car on 12/1/2011, my salesperson was Brandon and Kevin. I sat in the office for 3-4 hours at the time because that were having an end of year sell. I got a 2002 silver malibu and at th Brandon and Kevin. I sat in the office for 3-4 hours at the time because that were having an end of year sell. I got a 2002 silver malibu and at the time when i got the car that night i did not hear any noise because I was seating there for hours and tired. Later, there was a noise in the brakes that got worse. I called Brandon and he told me to bring the car in and by the time I got there he was gone. I went into the office and lady told me to call Gloria. I called Gloria and she lied saying she was not at the location and I need to talk to the Manager which is Kevin. At this time, I have had the car 14 days and made my first payment. Kevin, comes out sipping his drink and he said the me that he was not putting a dime in the car. And because I put the $1.00 that he was asking for and because he does not know how I am going to make my payment that I had to get the repairs done myself. I have only had the car 3 months, I had to pay $250.00 for brake repairs, $100.00 on a new battery, and now $400.00 fuel pump that has just gone out. More
I had a terrible experince. I was on google and typed in buy here pay here and 3 pages back I see a VP Auto. I got on there web site and found a car. I called the dealership and told the sales what car and buy here pay here and 3 pages back I see a VP Auto. I got on there web site and found a car. I called the dealership and told the sales what car and how much down. The sales responed that the down payment can be 500 to 1,200. The sales asked what I had down and told him 700.00. The sales ran my credit and asked how long have I been at my job and made a appointment. I confined the appointment and was on my way. The dealership was over a hour drive. When I show up a freindly greeter asked if he can help, I said I have a appointment with a car and a sales person. Immmeditatly they took me in there office and ran the same info they did over the phone??? I thought everything was in line. Well it turns out the sales has now power in making decisions, I had to answer questions to a finacial manager. There were some red flags he pointed out like ..Moved 3 times in 2 years.... DMV pulled up 5 cars that was registered in my name. I explaned everything truthfully. The Sales came back and said that my history is not looking good. I asked why, they explaned that most people move usually every two years....so I cant get a car? They also brough up my dmv history with all the cars. I explaned to them that I was financing a car and 3 months later traded the car in the same dealership and have been doing so for over 3 years ...no repos, and still have a great relationship. I feel like they used my history to gain a bigger down payment like im a fugitive because after all the questioning the money down doubled. I was mad!!! I plainly point out that it was unfair to judge me on my history that has nothing to do with credit score..in fact its ok. The dealership said Im not denied but just need double down.. but why, if they dont trust me then dont sell me any car. I told sales that its not right to take my info over the phone, run my name and come with agreed down payment and hassell me with moving history. After it was all said and done come to find out the car I wanted is 1500 down because it was one of there nicer cars..of course there is no pricing on line and the finacial manger..not sales determines the down payment. I told sales that Its not what your asking down but what you told me to bring that will get me that car. If the down payment was 1500..tell me. I can decide to go with it or move along. This process I dont agree with because obviously it wasted both of our time. For a buy here pay here that sales nothing but cars with high mileage nothing newer that 2 years and put in a office to run your name first to tell you what car you can get has a lot of nerve. I would think a delaership would welcome a customer and ask what car they are intrested in and drive and observe the vehical, then its time for office work. Like I said I did not get so sit in the car at all. FYI VP auto sales.. there is competion among you. For 1500 dollars down there are buy here pay here that offer cars under 35,000 miles 2010 models with warranty no hassell and let customers find the vehical first. They know who I am and I hope they can learn not make obligations over the phone if cant deliver in person. More
I first did a search on the internet and went to their website. I got interested in a vehicle there and sent in for info and they responded back quickly. After talking with them on the phone and through e website. I got interested in a vehicle there and sent in for info and they responded back quickly. After talking with them on the phone and through emails, I decided to deal with them. I did the online application, and after getting my down payment, made an appointment. I was very pleased with all my dealings with them. They have been the best dealership I have dealt with in purchasing a used or even new car. I do highly recommend them and would go back. More
