Always problems with car, this time car in shop for 7 weeks straight, every week something different... taxis, walking, getting rides, and paying lots of gas money... Times were tough and I bought a car for my son here. They are great to take your money. All of these reviews are on the car buying experience. Before you get your keys and while waiting on the loan docs, the reviews are written at the dealership. Once the deal is done... forget about it. Kevin the manager/part owner, is rude and arrogant... Napoleon complex kinda guy... let me not go there, but beware. Your vehicle will always need to be serviced/repaired, and for an additional down payment on the repairs, and additional money added to the already high car payment... you get the idea and see where I m going... the car will never be paid off. I have had the longest car repair in history... 7 weeks in the shop. Not 7 weeks back and forth, I mean I did not see my car for 7 weeks. Finally, got a "loaner car". They delivered a gas guzzling "hoopty" with tires so bald, I had to immediately go put air in them and continue to do so. Taxis, gas money for friends, walking, etc for 7 weeks straight. And that doesn't count the two weeks prior to the $300 tow bill to get it back to them. And the $1300 quote that ran over $2400. Stay far away from this D rated dealership. That's right, they have a D rating on the BBB. If you see a positive review online, it's because they have a computer station set up at the dealership and heavily suggest you submit reviews while waiting for your paperwork. They sell you junk then keep you in debt with the low down payment auto repairs that they attach to your balance and monthly payments. Don't fall for it, stay far far away. Again, do not believe the cheery, happy customer reviews you see on online. When you go in to purchase, and while you're waiting on your paperwork, you are sat in front of a computer, with review pages pulled up and asked to write a review to rate your experience. You have Google, then write a google review... Have Yahoo, then write that review. No pressure right? If you want honest reviews, look across the web. If you have no other choice, no one else will finance you, you don't have a big down payment, and walking is your only option... still GO ELSEWHERE don't make the same mistake. I HAVE BEEN WITH VP SINCE 04/2011 I BELIEVE, LOL YA LOST TRACK OF TIME. WHEN I FIRST WENT IN I SAW THE CAR I WANTED ON THE LOT AND THEY HELPED ME GET INTO IT WITH THE MONEY I HAD ON ME. THAT WAS THE BEST TRACK OF TIME. WHEN I FIRST WENT IN I SAW THE CAR I WANTED ON THE LOT AND THEY HELPED ME GET INTO IT WITH THE MONEY I HAD ON ME. THAT WAS THE BEST PART CUZ I DIDNT HAVE THE USUAL 5K TO PUT DOWN ON A CAR AND SINCE THEN BEEN HAVING ISSUES WITH THE PAYMENTS DUE TO A LOST JOB. BUT RACHEL HAS BEEN WITH ME AND HAS BEEN NOTHING FOR HELPFUL. IF SHE WASNT THERE I DONT THINK I WOULD HAVE THAT CAR TODAY. MY OVERALL IS THEY ARE A 5+ COMPANY AND IM WILLING TO STAND BEHIND WHAT I SAY ABOUT THEM. I HOPE YOU GIVE THEM A TRY AND COME TO LOVE THEM THE WAY I HAVE. More
