Jason in the service department was very professional and contacted me after finding out that the initial diagnostic showed that a part had to be ordered for my transmission and also informed me that his sta contacted me after finding out that the initial diagnostic showed that a part had to be ordered for my transmission and also informed me that his staff was on vacation. After transmission staff returned from vacation, part was installed, second diagnostic showing that a new problem had occurred with it being the computer; Jason called me properly, gave me a price as well as an estimated time for finishing the job. It was accurate. In the meantime of My decision making, all sales staff were understanding of my situation, courteous, attentive, and made every effort to at least give me an idea in the event that my vehicle That was in maintenance would not be a substantial trade-in on a new vehicle. At this time I am satisfied with Bob Utter Ford’s staff in maintenance as well as sales in working with me during my dilemma of my principal vehicle.I am also satisfied with my new purchase without trading in my vehicle that was in maintenance.
