We purchased a 2017 Sportage ne Overall poor experience on more than one occasion with the service department and disappointment in our Kia vehicle. We purchased a 2017 Sportage new from Bob Utter after our family had purchased 7 vehicles from them over the past 20 years. Our first issue was with a door latch while the car was under the full warranty. We had a 9:30am appointment for the repair and were assured that it would not take long. The car was not taken in to a service bay until 11:30. We did not get finished until after 3:00pm. We were not offered a courtesy vehicle. Within a couple of months another door latch failed, along with a window motor and front hub assembly. The vehicle was also flashing an airbag system fault code. All at under 65,000 miles and no accidents. We scheduled another appointment to leave the car, we requested a courtesy vehicle but were told one was not available. After 3 weeks, 3 trips to the dealership, and 2 attempts at ordering a replacement airbag they could not conclude what was causing the airbag system fault, which of course was not covered by warranty. On the third trip to the dealer to have an airbag replaced I arrived at 7:30 am and was noticed at 2:00pm that changing the airbag did not clear the fault code and that the airbag that came in was in poor condition with holes in the delivery box. So long story short we were left with a vehicle to drive that may or may not have functioning airbags. Nothing personal against their staff but every interaction we have had with the service department has left us with more questions than answers and more hassle than it was worth to keep our car. More

Always have had good experience at Quick Lane. Just had tires rotated and oil changed and oil plug replaced and air filter. Very good service. Changed my oil, when I asked if they checked everything, the said yes. They told me my battery was bad. When I opened my hood, tons of corrosion on the battery post!
