After setting an appointment for service (had to wait over two weeks for the appointment) on my truck under factory warranty, the dealership had not contacted me by day three. My attempts to contact my service advisor yielded no returned calls. I subsequently drove to the dealership to find my truck park outside behind service. Upon contacting the service department, I was told that the service advisor was still out to lunch. I’m requested my vehicle be returned to me. While I was told that the repairs, to include factory recall notices, would take approximately three days, on day three none of the items the truck was placed in for service were completed. I was told by a different advisor that the dealership wasn’t like a doctors office and that the appointment did not mean that the truck would be worked on in that time frame! In good faith, I could not recommend this dealership services and will not purchase from them again! More

Called in June to set up appointment for a recall on my 2016 Edge and was told they didn’t have part to fix and would contact me when they got it. Here it is September and still nothing.
