The service department is the best I’ve seen. We were in route, pulling rv, to vacation site when truck started acting up and running poorly: #7 cylinder not firing. They diagnosed the problem, gave us a ride to a restaurant and fixed the problem while we had supper. Thanks to everyone involved, we were able to get to our place with very little down time. We recently moved near Sherman so this was our first visit to the dealership. I needed an oil change and tire rotation completed on one of my company trucks. I went in around lunch time so I knew it visit to the dealership. I needed an oil change and tire rotation completed on one of my company trucks. I went in around lunch time so I knew it would be a little busy. As I walked into the service building, a service advisor, Phillip, approached me and asked if I had been helped. He was extremely polite and eager to assist me with my needs. He informed me the service would take around an hour and would reach out to me when it was completed. An hour later he called notifying me the truck was ready. I was impressed by the timely service but I was more impressed by Phillip. You can tell he has a servant heart and truly cares about the customer. I will definitely use Bobcat Utter Ford and Phillip on all my future service needs! More
