guy that assisted me in getting a recall was talking to two other people the entire time I was getting my recall setup for my truck. I would give them a Zero for stars but I bought a new Kia with 2,500 miles from the and since it was 2019 and my car was a 2017 they wanted it gone well about a month ago we were still under warranty and the with 2,500 miles from the and since it was 2019 and my car was a 2017 they wanted it gone well about a month ago we were still under warranty and they had a recall on the engine so they called us in to replace it so then our check engine light came on they said it was software that needed updated then proceeded to tell us that it might need a new catalytic converter because when you change the engine that should be replaced also so instead of them replacing it while under warranty we got it back when our miles were over warranty knowing that we would have to come bring it back to replace the catalytic converter! They did this on purpose and I think they should replace it because they should have done it while under warranty! But know it’s going to costs us $2,500 to replace it which is trash they just wanna rip everyone off! AVOID BOB UTTER KIA& FOD ON TEXOMA PARKWAY IN SHERMAN TX ALONG WITH BOB UTTER IN DENISON ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY I WOULD STAY FAR AWAY FROM!!!! More
