Continually disappointed. This latest case, I made an appointment to take my F150 in and brought it in on the appointed day and time, which was Wednesday at 7:30 AM. Upon checking the vehicle in, I got a text saying “If you need anything while your car is here, just reply to this text. So I did reply to that text on Friday afternoon asking for an update…. And never heard anything back. So this is day 4 without.a car, when I’m paying for a car, paying for extended warranty, paying for all the xxxx bells and whistles but I have no car and no communication from this dealership. More
